By registering to become a member of the forum, you will be asked to click CONSENT to show that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Any actions that contravene these policies can result in immediate withdrawal from the forum without refund of paid subscription.
Membership is for DVSA registered PDI/ADI’s only. Admin does have the right to provide limited-time access on a personal invitation-only basis for as-yet unregistered driving instructors.

At any time, administration at the forum can request a member to send digital corroboration of BOTH SIDES of the pink/green PDI/ADI badge. The badge must be dated as current. This information is not retained once verification is complete and immediately permanently deleted. Due to the non-storage of data, repeat requests can be made.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason (“Cooling Off Period”). This does not apply to rolling/monthly subscriptions subsequent to the first.
The “Cooling Off” cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of the initial payment.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by email ([email protected]).
We will begin providing the Paid Subscription service immediately. Should you wish to cancel within the Cooling Off Period, please contact us.
If you cancel this contract within the Cooling off Period, we will reimburse to you the initial subscription payment received from you (minus any credit card provider fees if a credit card was used).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless agreed otherwise; if a credit card was used, fees from the provider will apply.
No content of the forum may be copied, shared, distributed, retained, disposed of. Admin reserves the right to remove any member for conduct that is deemed to be unacceptable – no warning has to be given. Any outstanding subscription on removal is lost without refund. All content from a previous member may be removed at the discretion of the forum administrators.
At least 5 clear working days (weekdays only) must be provided to cancel a subscription. The cancellation will be confirmed by way of email. If a member fails to provide 5 working days notice prior to the next subscription being processed, there can be no refund provided.
All content expressed by members/admin is private within the forum and none is to be repeated. Members have the right to assume that any posts/details are confidential.
Any member or previous member agrees to not make any malicious, false, and/or defamatory statement (verbal/written or otherwise) against a member of the forum or the forum itself.
